An expert, to say the least
Join us in welcoming Sertrice Grice to the Mattingly Solutions team! Sertrice received her M.S. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a B.S. in Psychology from Emporia State University, and since then has been demonstrating her expertise and excitement for the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology (to learn more about IO Psychology, click here).
Sertrice has profound consulting experiences with dynamic, global organizations and their annual census surveys, pulse and lifecycle surveys, 180 and 360 assessments, and more. She has worked with clients such as GSK, Oshkosh, and Skanska.
She drives meaningful change
How? Deep roots in psychometrics, interpreting organizational data, and creating a data-based narrative that provides actionable strategies for clients. She isn't just good at it, she enjoys it.
A DEI voice for change
Sertrice writes and presents frequently on issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion; she created I&D (Inclusion & Diversity) and Anti-Racist Organization surveys and works with a number of clients on more customized DEI surveys. She gives back to the community through her service work, too, with leadership roles in Blacks in I/O, The Society of Industrial Organizational Psychology, and Alpha Sigma Alpha sorority.
We have a lot to celebrate, but we're just getting started
We’re just getting started over here at Mattingly Solutions. Although we’ll always be a proud woman-owned business, we’ve struggled with how white our founding team has been and our similar backgrounds.
We need to practice what we preach when it comes to diversifying our senior-level leadership—not only with high caliber executives who bring the necessary skills, mindset, and values to Mattingly Solutions, but also bring unique perspectives and lived experiences to our founding team.
So we’ll celebrate this step in the right direction on our internal diversity journey - we know we’re only just getting started.
